Are you looking for a large detached holiday home with private pool and close to the center so you don't need a car at all? Then Villa Pilar is the perfect place!
Villa Pilar is a large house, located at the end of a sandy path, where you can stay with a large group of friends or family. The house consists of five apartments and two cozy studios so each has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, kitchen, and sitting area. This gives everyone a lot of privacy with the possibility to take a break or sleep a little longer.
On the ground floor is the central apartment with a large kitchen and sitting area with TV for watching DVDs (no TV connection). This apartment has 2 sleeping areas, each for 2 people, and a bathroom. The spacious terrace for this apartment has recently been given a new roof. Together with the super long cozy table the ideal place for a delicious barbecue or playing a game of cards with the whole company!
To the right of the central apartment is one of the two studios with a living room / bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Extra nice of this studio is that it borders the front of the garden. The second studio, very cozy due to the wooden ceiling, is located on the first floor.
On the first and second floor, there are four more apartments, each with a separate bedroom for two people and a sofa bed suitable for 2 people in the living room. These apartments all have a covered balcony with seating.
The owner is currently working hard on the private swimming pool, which will of course be ready for the 2023 season!
Villa Pilar is a good choice for an affordable holiday home, close to the beach and center of Lloret de Mar, where you can stay together with a large group of friends.

Pros: Es ist renovierungsbedürftig, da nicht alles sehr neu aussieht. Daher musste man immer Angst haben, dass man die Kaution nicht zurückerhält. Die Türen sind SEHR mühsam, die kann man nur schwer öffnen. Wenn man eine Frage hatte, bekam man sehr schnell eine Antwort, das war super!
