Ideal for families and friends. Beautiful duplex penthouse with 3 bedrooms, with terrace. The apartment is distributed as follows: On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate kitchen and a dining room. On the upper floor are a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The rooms have the following distribution: 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 bedroom with 1 single bed In the living room there is a double sofa bed. In the dining room there is another double sofa bed. From the living room on the top floor, you come out on a beautiful terrace with table, chairs and parasol. The building has a shared garden with 2 large swimming pools and a children's playground. Finca with elevator. The apartment is located 3 minutes from the central Avenida América with bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ... Very close to the apartment, there are public transport stops and taxis. Fenals Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils. On the upper floor there is a washing machine. The complex in which this apartment is located is very familiar and comfortable. It is a quiet area, close to the hustle and bustle of the center. There is a variety of activities for all tastes.
