The villa is located in Canyelles, a quiet, private residential area with a soft sandy beach. Canyelles beach is less than 10' walk from the villa. The villa was completely renovated in 2024 for your comfort.  
  
Offering pool views, the Beachfront villa offers accommodation with a garden, a pool terrace overlooking the sea with an outdoor dining area, as well as an upper terrace overlooking the sea for unforgettable evenings.  
  
The villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, 4 bathrooms with shower. The accommodation features 6 state-of-the-art air-conditioning systems (windless, noise-free) in each bedroom and living room, as well as Internet access and fiber-optic TV (Netflix, Amazon, Canal+, Disney,...).
