This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people. The outdoor area of 950 m2 with private pool (8 x 4m), spacious terraces and barbecue area (portable) where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with mountain views. Garage for 3 cars. Indoor area of 170 m2 with living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and freezer fridge), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x200cm + 1 of 135x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (80x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Young people not accepted. This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted. \- Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. House is fantastic, wonderful location, close to a great beach with some lovely restaurants, however a car is required to use, as it’s a steep hill for a three year old. House was clean and with good amenities. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable, with the upstairs rooms having a great balcony and view. Lovely outside sitting area, where we spent most of the days and nights into the early hours. Slight disappointments were: The pool isn’t heated and was very cold, that didn’t stop the kids however. No smart television, so unable to watch anything other than terrestrial tv, nothing for the kids. Also, charges 8 euro per person for towels and bed linen, which I thought was unbelievable. However, I would return in a heartbeat.
