2KIS01- Cozy apartment for 4 people with pool located near the center and the beach

Cozy 60m2 apartment situated in Lloret del Mar around 300m from the main beach. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! On the fourth floor using the lift, it has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It forms part of a quiet development with a communal garden, pool and garage (extra price of 30€/week in case of use). You will find a living room with tv + one double sofa bed (130x180cm) with direct access to the terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Optional AC/heating = 50 €/week.
Youth groups not accepted. This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.
The apartment is in Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!

Super séjour

La propreté de l’immeuble, la proximité des commerces et à deux pas de la plage. Il y a une superbe piscine où les enfants se sont baignés et le gazon synthétique et super avec la vraie végétation (arbres et arbustes). L’appartement est assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes. Ce que j’ai aimé par rapport à des locations antérieures c’est d’avoir un frigo avec congélateur et un four traditionnel et une climatisation dans la pièce principale et dans la chambre parentale. Un grand balcon, deux ascenseurs fonctionnel. Le calme est respecté des 22h immeuble avec beaucoup de familles. Le seul bémol c’est d’aller chercher les clés à l’agence à l’autre bout de la ville.

Vacances de Pâques réussies

1 ère réservation avec Abritel en Espagne . Logement spacieux , propre , fonctionnel . Literie du salon à revoir si vous réservez pour 3-4 personnes . Très bon séjour j’ai pris en option le parking souterrain pour que la voiture soit sécurisée sans PV. L’agence et son personnel très sociable , disponible, réactif rien à dire ! A une prochaine fois ;)
