This house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 6 people in 110 m2 of habitable space with 900 m2 of land. Dining room with TV and access to a spacious terrace with mountain views and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, frying pans, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. Yes, you will be able to enjoy meals as if you were at home! It consists of 1 room with a double bed (1.35x1.9m) with access to the terrace, two rooms with two single beds each (0.9x1.9m). There is a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub. Free Wi-Fi. No pets are allowed. Groups of young people not allowed. This property is only for families. Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted. \- Bed linen and towels are not included. Conditions for groups \- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h.
