Being able to walk down to the River Usk and wander for miles through the open fields was such a special experience. Every single person we encountered was warm, kind, and welcoming. The dining team were especially lovely and incredibly accommodating, making each meal feel personal and enjoyable. A particularly memorable moment was on the morning of our departure, when the gardener—while tending to the fire—took the time to stop and chat with us about the grounds.
