"The hotel was amazing the best we have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautifuly maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the bathroom was spotless and the towels big,white and soft. There was a good menu for an evening meal and the food was delicious. The surroundings were very pretty with views to the mountains and a lovely beach just a couple of minutes walk. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Reception was brisk but clear- other than that nobody was around. My only real complaint was that my ground floor room window opened at street level and had to be closed to avoid street noise and exhaust- upstairs rooms would be preferable. Otherwise a picturesque and comfortable stop in a small town on the camino del norte. A good breakfast was available in a nearby café (Misaires)."

"Friendly greeting started our stay. I enjoyed the library...even read one of their books. We got great tips for beaches, retaurants, gas stations and shopping. Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel made up separate cottages. Great location (provided you have a car) a short drive from Llanes and loads of beaches, and the mountains on the other. Great staff, excellent breakfast. Very relaxing place to stay for a few days - recommended."
