Nach 45 min. wiederholtem Telefonieren durch einen freundlichen zufällig vorbeigekommen Passanten liess sich bei der Agentur jemand auftreiben, der nicht nur spanisch, sondern auch einigermassen Englisch sprach. Aber auch er konnte nichts sagen, ausser dass er sich freut, dass wir da seien. Kurz darauf kam ein Mail mit dem WLAN Passwort und nützlichen Telefonnummern, auch mit einem Video, wie man die Tür öffnen kann.Aber kein Schlüssel und kein Hinweis, wo wir einen bekommen können. Eine auch zufällig vorbeikommende Dame nahm uns dann mit und der Wirt eines Restaurants in der Nähe drückte uns dann den Schlüssel in die Hand. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend. A.
