Nice apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one in the main room), living room, kitchen with all kinds of appliances, and terrace.
It also has a garage with direct access by elevator to the house.
No architectural barrier neither in pedestrian access nor from the garage.
The apartment is located in a quiet and wooded area about 300m from the town center and about 400 meters from the beautiful beach of Toro.

Excellent apartment in Llanes

This apartment is so much nicer and bigger than what the photos show. The balcony is very private with lots of trees and birds to watch. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. The blinds helped ensure we had a great nights sleep. It was really good to have the secure garage for our van as well. The location was great, a short walk to towm or to the beach. We loved our holiday.

Gute Wohnung, gute Lage, guter Aufenthalt

Wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit stets Schatten spendenden Balkon in einer Wohnanlage, die bei unserem Aufenthalt (19. - 31.10.2019 – 2 Personen) nahezu unbewohnt war. Küchenausstattung nicht üppig, aber ok. Gute Matratzen, landestypische Bettwäsche mit den üblichen Problemen bei Nutzung von Wolldecken. Die ebenfalls landestypische Hellhörigkeit war im Elternschlafzimmer kein Problem (evtl. mangels Anwesenheit von Nachbarn). Die Bäder waren nicht ganz so malerisch wie auf den – wohl etwas älteren – Fotos, aber ok ; warmes Wasser wird über die Heizungstherme in der Wohnung erzeugt, so dass es stets etwas dauert, bis warmes Wasser fließt. Fahrgeräusche von der Straße vor dem Haus zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes erträglich. Schlüsselübergabe durch eine frz.-span.-engl. (in Mischung) parlierende Verwalterin zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt problemlos. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (gut sortierter Supermarkt Alimerka) nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Den täglichen Abendspaziergang an den alten, teils verfallenden Palästen vorbei durch die Altstadt über die Schloss-Ruine zur Promenade auf den Klippen haben wir sehr genossen. Meine Restaurant-Empfehlung: das etwas versteckte „Salerno“, teils mit handfester Hausmanskost, teils mit feiner Küche; im Menüpreis ein Tinto (ad libitum) inbegriffen, der toll dazu passt, noch besser eine Flasche Cidra, an die man sich gewöhnen kann.

Un apartamento cómodo y práctico

Un apartamento muy práctico y cómodo. Tiene de todo para hacer la estancia agradable. Hemos estado una semana fenomenal y muy agusto. La única pega es que íbamos con una niña pequeña y está a unos 10 o 15 min andando del centro, pero es un partido agradable. Volveremos pronto

Great apartment

The apartment is a great size and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was in a good condition. A luxury to have underground parking! The owner is very efficient and thorough, and he was really flexible in terms of booking, arrival and departure times. He was available to answer any queries and kept in touch with us. Llanes is a lovely town, with access to all you need and a great base to explore the area.

Hemos estado 10 dias en el apartamento de Llanes. Fácil conexion a la Autovia del Cantábrico. El apartamento muy amplio, esta en excelentes condiciones, es acogedor y está muy bien equipado. Buena atención del propietario. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.
