When you go in, there is an open-plan space that includes a nicely arranged lounge-dining room-kitchen area with table, chairs, armchairs, coffee table and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary for a pleasant stay: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, tableware and washing machine. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air-conditioning, heat pump heating, washing machine. Lift. Shared parking space, ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards or a small trailer. It’s not big enough for a car. No smoking and pets are not allowed.
