The apartment in Empuriabrava has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people. Accommodation of 39 m², comfortable and well located to enjoy a holiday on the Costa Brava.   
  
The complex has four swimming pools, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL ARE EXTRA PAYMENT. Price to be confirmed at the building concierge. Community pool (opening date: 15/6, closing date: 15/9).   
  
It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 12 km from the water park “Aquabrava”, 16 km from the golf course “Peralada”, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. Situated in a lively area within a residential complex.   
  
It offers garden furniture, a 3 m² terrace, internet access (wifi), community pool, fan and television.   
  
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.
