"Wonderful stay at the Windsor Tossa! The hotel is ideally situated - close to sites, shopping and restaurants. The pool area is a little oasis when you tire of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food. My daughter is gluten-free and staff went out of their way to ensure there was gluten-free rolls and muffins ready for her each morning!"

"Poor reception service. No bathroom available at the reception. Had to wait with a little girl until the check in was finish to got to the bathroom inside our room. The laundry is totally outside the building, in another business and that was not what I was told."
