Overall, very good. Kitchen utensils are quite limited (e.g. only one teaspoon), and care must be taken to discourage ants. The air conditioner in the main room is effective, but it does not reach the bedroom. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

There is 63 steps up to the front door of motel. The king beds were great. Very quiet neighborhood. The views out of the ocean was beautiful. We had a suite with a family room, bedroom, and bathroom. Very large with lots of space. The breakfast was great. The only downfall is the steps.
