clean hotel but a bit away from centre
The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the staff was friendly, although not many spoke English. We had half board as this was cheaper than booking it with just breakfast. However, the food was mediocre, there was plenty, with starter, main and dessert but some days the menu was not that great. Having said that we also had a couple of nice meals. It was very quiet during the first 4 days we seemed the only guests par another couple. The staff was not that knowledgeable about ski related queries or even queries on Livignio. There is a free bus service to the lifts which worked well getting there, but was rather more complicated getting back due to the one way system. Be prepared to walk.

Four day three night ski trip
For a short break we were delighted. Position a1 for the ski bus bars and rental shops surrounded. Walking distance to new gondola. Food very good and service excellent. Bathrooms could do with upgrading but absolutely fine. And for what we paid excellent value. Spot on.

Mi sono trovata molto bene.. Vicinissimo al centro.. La camera pulita.. Noi abbiamo preso solo pernotto.. Per la colazione ci siamo arrangiati perché cmq il prezzo era un po' alto.... Lo consiglio

Grazioso hotel in centro a Livigno, camere pulite con arredamenti in legno. Cena spettacolare con servizio celere e cortesissimo. Ampio parcheggio davanti all'hotel.

Cozy and friendly
The staff was usually very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were really nice and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that the bathrooms appeared a bit old; however, they were still functional with nothing broken. All in all a very good place.

Gute Lage und günstig - Preis/Leistung tip top.
Kurztrip nach Livigno...darum verweilt man nicht allzu lange im Hotelzimmer. Unter diesen Umständen ist das Hotel voll in Ordnung. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Sehr ringhöriges Hotel. Ausstattung eher Basic...aber ok für den Preise. Gute Lage

ho soggiornato iin questo albergo durante un giro in moto con amici siamo stati accolti cortesemente dallo staff otttima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro del pausa sia gli impianti sciistici in invero forse avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento ma tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno confortevolo discreta colazione a buffet

Der stank af kloark på værelset, vi blev dårlige af at opholde os der. Vi fik først et nyt værelse den sidste nat. Alt vores tøj stank af kloak, det var rædselsfuldt.

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Ski-Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Einziger Mangel, es gibt keine Heiz-Vorrichtung um die Skischuhe über Nacht trocknen zu können.

Hotel 2 stelle dove ho trascorso una notte in ambiente pulito. Gentile e professionale l'addetta alla reception. Bagno senza finestra, kit cortesia presente. Ottima posizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci ritornerò volentieri e all'occasione lo consiglierò agli amici.

Purtroppo dopo 12 ore che eravamo arrivate mi e' giunta la chiamata che un mio parente stretto era stato ricoverato in ospedale a rischio di vita quindi abbiamo dovuto ripartire la mattina successiva di corsa Giustamente la camera ce l'hanno addebitata ma almeno la cena ce la potevano risparmiare.......invece addebitato fino all'ultimo centesimo.... Purtroppo non tutti abbiamo lo stesso riguardo nei confronti dei propri clienti e qui non tornerò più

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, l'hotel una costruzione non recente stile classico di montagna tenuto bene per gli anni che ha, pulizia buona mezza pensione cibo buono servizio anche personale molto gentile e disponibili. Ci ternerò senz'altro

Esperienza positiva
Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualità prezzo. Comodo, pasti ottimi ed abbondanti, struttura da rimodernare ma comunque valutata molto positivamente. Di certo lo prenderemo in considerazione per vacanza futura.

Buon albergo a 2 stelle
Buon albergo per essere un due stelle, ottima la posizione vicino al centro. Una nota fuori luogo: nella mia prenotazione non era specificato che non c'era la colazione, al momento del check in non ci è stato detto che non era compresa e che oltretutto costava 7€ a persona. Per la colazione offerta, per essere un hotel a 2 stelle; davvero eccessivo, nemmeno in alcuni hotel a 4 stelle che di solito giro per lavoro mi hanno mai fatto pagare 7€ per una colazione. Diciamo che questo episodio ha peggiorato notevolmente la mia opinione su questo hotel.

Gruppe på 9 personer - centralt beliggende hotel i forhold til begge bjergsider - gåafstand og gratis bud ved hotel. Mad i god kvalitet og særdeles positiv og hjælpsomt personale

Hotellet ligger centralt - gåafstand til lift til den ene bjergside og busstop ved hotellet når man skal til den anden side. Særdeles hjælpsomt personale - service i topklasse. Morgenmad simpelt men aftensmad i en bedre klasse med 2 forretter/hovedretter at vælge imellem. Vi var en 9 mands gruppe - ingen problemer. Vi vil bruge det igen.
