About this property

3 bedroom Family Home 40 minutes away from Deauville

  • Welcome to our family home nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. Facing south, it is in a dominant position on a wooded plot of 1.5ha. The view is splendid. Away from the road, the garden is a paradise for children. Writing that tranquility is absolute is not a figure of speech to make you dream. Here, we understand what it is to be peaceful.

    The accommodation:

    The house opens onto a large warm living / dining room with exposed beams, 2 large fireplaces, a wood stove, a comfortable sofa, designer armchairs and a neat decoration mixing wood, soft colours and antique objects. The dining area is convivial with a large table and benches that can accommodate the whole family.
    You have a pleasant fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, coffee makers, microwave, toaster...) and a pantry. There is also a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

    On the 1st floor served by 2 staircases, several charming bedrooms. The 1st is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, rattan headboard, reading area and dressing room. The second is just as large with a double bed and a single bed. The 3rd more intimate has a double bed and a small library. The attic bathroom (still in its original condition) includes a bath, sink, toilet and storage.

    On the 2nd floor, an office in the attic with a large wooden table, shelves, armchairs and relaxation area with beds.

    The house opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. Deckchairs, deckchairs, a large table, barbecue and greenery invite you to relax in a bucolic setting.
    Adjoining the house, a laundry room with washing machine, fridge, freezer, elliptical trainer and leisure activities of all kinds. Darts, archery, badminton, football, petanque, kite-flying, bicycles...

    The annexes in the garden are not provided.

    The house is rented with Noisette, our adorable cat who is 10 years old.
    We do not accept more than 8 people and prefer requests from families. Parties are strictly prohibited.
