We experienced no issues during our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. Rooms were comfortable and well priced (we had standard room). Location was good (island is not large and we rented scooters to get around). We were able to snorkel with the sea turtles very easily and found a local guide to take us on private tour. The water visibility was a bit low due to heavy rains but still acceptable.
