The front desk staff were nice enough to switch us to a different room once we told them but then the key lock for the new room didnt work and took us 2 different trips back to the front desk and another trip by the staff to fix the door. The hotel seemed run down. Otherwise ok stay. The family room was big and child-welcomed. The bathroom on the other side was not so equipped for younger children. AC and an open window to the balcony was the only way to cool down the room, however, no anti-insect-web was kind of the down side. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices on Chinese-cuisine, however, we couldn´t found any simple yogurt. The highlight was definitely the room, which was perfect for families with kids. The children's themes and ocean images created a fun and engaging atmosphere that our little ones absolutely loved. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were not many options available, and the quality of the food was not up to par with what we expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I would recommend the hotel consider catering more to non-Chinese clientele. Specifically, it would be great if they could offer more Muslim-friendly food options to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. This would make the stay more enjoyable and inclusive for a wider range of visitors. The beach was quite small, and the property itself is quite tired and in need of serious updates. If you're looking for a cheap getaway with the family, this will fit the bill. But do not go in expecting five star service, and or refined experience.
