"The Inn is a historic site and was built in 1911 one year before the titanic sank, so there is no elevator for the second or third floors. (Beware if you are elderly or handicapped) Every room is somewhat different so it’s hard to evaluate the other rooms but ours was a corner room with lots of windows and nicely decorated with an electric fireplace. The 1911 restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday so we only ate there once. They didn’t seem to have a breakfast anymore and the restaurant was a little overpriced. There was a nice front and back porch to sit on and meet other travelers. Good place to try if you like historical old buildings."

"This two-bedroom apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. Kaye has provided for anything a guest might need. The star attraction, though, is the magnificent views of the bay and Lake Michigan out the windows! You can stand in the dining room and watch the sun set over Lake Michigan! It’s amazing! This is easily one of the best views of any accommodation in Petoskey!"
