    * 5 minuets drive from the beach.

    * Outdoor and indoor pool.

    * Close to all main attractions like water sports, golf, mini mall.

    *Pets are NOT allowed



    The Space:

    Studio with 1 king bed on the 1st floor, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall, golf and all attractions.



    Guest Access:

    *Outdoor pool. Indoor pool.

    *Grilling area.

    *Free parking.

    *Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

    *No mailbox for this location.

    * Small kitchenette area (condiments are not included)

    *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

Very clean, very nice space to stay great location. Very nice pool and hot tub, family friendly. Was able to speak to host any time she was quick to reply and made sure our stay was great. I so greatly appreciate that we were able to feel safe and comfortable and the room was affordable. We would highly recommend staying here.

A weekend family reunion so this studio apartment met our needs just fine.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Studio was filthy. This rental should be removed from VRBO. Carpets were filthy and a terrible sour smell was present in entire studio. I found a chunk of glass on the carpet. Bathroom not cleaned. Bugs were found around the perimeter of the room. Stay away!!!
