Glad to see that you enjoyed your room and the view, sorry you were surprised by staying the Barn. We have all of the rooms named to confirm what they are, that is Barn 1, Barn 2, Barn 3, Barn 4, and Barn 5 with photos to match. We have two offerings at Spry Point, Ned's Landing with seven two-bedroom apartments, but with a minimum length of stay of two to three nights depending on the time of year. The apartments are spacious, high end, great views, well equipped units. The Barn at Spry Point is located about 400' away from Ned's Landing and is designed for either Hostel accommodations with five private bedrooms and shared living, dining, kitchen space with two and one half bathrooms. The Barn can be rented as a cottage by a group or family and alternatively by individuals looking for a nights accommodations in a safe, comfortable space with a really good kitchen and a nice amount of common area. All of this is located at the tip of Spry Point. Great trails, a beach within a five minute walk and surrounded by water. Today the road is wet, thus the bumpy aspect when it dries. We get the road graded, but traffic does create bumps, sorry!

Thanks very much, we don't always have the seals playing, but the same day another guest saw eleven. Windows on the the water does a great job, happy you enjoyed everything!

So sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We do have gluten free options available, my apology if that was not clear that we can accommodate dietary restrictions. Thanks for your review, both the good and the bad. We're glad you liked the Inn and Spry Point. We are a B & B style Inn which means that we offer breakfast with accommodations which I'm happy to see you thought was good. We do an a la carte menu for our wine bar which allows you to order as much or as little as you want, but we do not have everything out to spoil in the heat, sorry if you misunderstood how we offer the wine and cheese, oysters, etc. We will try be more proactive in communicating about the wine bar and ice so that guests can enjoy the extensive list of wines etec. and have ice when we do go home for the night. We staff the front desk from 7 AM till 7 PM though I can realistically say that the earliest I've gotten out of the Inn is about 7:30 PM with most nights 8-9:00. What we try to do is be available till all of the guests have gone out for dinner and provide a list of restaurants that range from 13km to a maximum of 38km, so with some advanced planning you can dine as close as 12 minutes, the majority within 20 minutes and the max at about 30 minutes. No vending machine, it just is not our style which is why there are refrigerators in all of the rooms and a Keurig for our guests. Our location is our greatest strength and our greatest weakness rolled into one, so yes, plan ahead and we'll do our best to make you feel at home. Cheers!

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay, we certainly work to do our best and hope that we get another opportunity to do better.

Dear Victor, We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. We do have one of our three superior rooms with a European split king which can be configured as two full singles or as a king bed with T-Filler and mattress overlay; the other two Superior Rooms have a King bed, not the European split king. You stayed here during a sustained period of heat and humidty which strained the AC system and a couple of the heat pumps froze up. We had this repaired and recharged, but unfortunately it was after your stay, so the situation is now resolved but we are sorry that you were uncomfortable. Among a number of other items we offer four breads, six different types of muffins, cinnamon rolls, bisquits, English muffins, several types of bagels, etc. Ultimately you were disappointed with your stay and for that we are sorry.
