We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, very central and within walking distance of many places. There were plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was quite good—basic but sufficient to start the day. Overall, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent location and convenience.

The location is great. But the amenities are not good. No lotion. The shampoo quality is bad. There is no body wash or hand soap. One night AC didn’t work as the maintenance fixed the system to heat. There is no facial tissue in the room. It says 4 star but actually amenities are like two stars. The bed was comfortable

The location was great! It’s close to everything in Chiado Lisbon. The property needs a few upgrades. The carpet in our room looked very dirty and furniture was damaged. If you need anything you have to get it yourself from front desk.

Great location, close to center and walkable. Our a/c didn’t work but they were able to fix it after 1st night. A few minor things could be fixed in room( hooks loose, plate on floor in bath was broken) but overall it was fine for a couple of nights.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaints are that the AC wasn’t super helpful and it was a bit expensive. Otherwise very smooth. Really appreciated that they let me keep my suitcase there when I left Lisbon for two days (before coming back to the same place).

The hotel room itself was very nice and comfortable. There was a lack of hospitality from the staff (especially one of the women at the reception). It is also very inconvenient that the room price does not include breakfast. In addition to being located right by the train station and right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores, the hotel is in a fantastic location.

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Chiado Center was very unpleasant. The room was dark, the bathroom was dirty, and the lighting around the sink was practically nonexistent. If you need to apply makeup or get ready properly, good luck! The air conditioning kept resetting automatically, leaving the room freezing cold. The windows overlooked an old, deteriorated building, and the carpet looked dirty, with visible stains around the mini-fridge, which did not work at all. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent. However, a great location cannot make up for poor cleanliness, inadequate lighting, and nonfunctional amenities. Overall, the experience fell well below my expectations. The hotel needs to pay much more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest comfort. I would not consider this a pleasant stay, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously.
