  • This flat is a tiny lovely home waiting for you. Located in Graça, a niice and quiet area with shops, restaurants, at walking distance to Alfama, Castelo, Baixa. Tram 28 stops nearby and flea market is down the street. The flat is on the ground floor, has private entrance. The flat has a bedroom area with a double bed (140x200) and a sofa that can be transformed into a comfy bed for a child, a fully equipped kitchen with nespresso machine and a bathroom. Smart TV and great WIFI. Parking nearby

This tiny apartment is a little, hidden jewel. It has a traditional low door and is in a historic neighborhood. Inside, it has been beautiful renovated, very clean and comfy. Manuela is very helpful!

Sweet little flat in Lisboa

It‘s a nice little place for two persons. A park, market und cafe around the corner. A bit noisy by night, but for a few nights everything fine. :)

Me agradó mucho. Tenía todo lo necesario, y debido a que se pasa más tiempo en la calle, si solo vas a tener una ducha y dormir es excelente. Cuenta con wifi, agua caliente, toda la cocina equipada, baño limpio sin malos olores, ropa de cama limpia. Muy recomendable. La comunicación 5 estrellas! Incluso buenas recomendaciones para comer delicioso y muy cerca! Sant’Avó muy rico!! A poca distancia del centro histórico, Alfama y otros sitios de interés, pero en una zona tranquila y sin ruido por la noche. A unos minutos del tram 28 o 12, con restaurantes, lavandería, mini mercados y cajero automático muy cerca. Cosas que tomar en consideración… La cama un poco desgastada, se siente hundida y uno que otro resorte. Tiene una ventana pequeña por lo que la ventilación es escasa. Y la ubicación, habrá que tener en cuenta que en Lisboa son puras colinas, y esta no es la excepción así que prepararse para subir una colina alta para llegar al lugar.

Séjour de 4 jours et non de 7 à deux

L'appartement est bien situé pour les commerces et les transports communs par contre il est très sombre car il est au rez de chaussée d'un passage et il y a seulement une petite fenêtre et le coin salle de bains qui n'est pas fait pour des longs séjours.

Tudo ótimo com minha escolha

Foram 45 dias maravilhosos neste lindo flat e endereço. O flat/Studio é confortável para uma pessoa ou um casal. A Senhora Manuela foi sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. Recomendo esta locação, sobretudo para quem gosta de caminhar, incluindo subir e descer as colinas de Lisboa. Aprovado!!!

Court séjour à Lisbonne

Logement bien situé, très proche du centre ville à pied mais difficile de stationner en voiture gratuitement à proximité. L'appartement est bien équipé pour 2 personnes mais un peu sombre. Hôte très réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
