A neighborhood where the residential and entertainment aspects are side by side. The apartment is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and cafés and close to the Tagus River where you can enjoy sports or just stroll along the river. If you prefer you can take a dip in the building's indoor pool! The perfect place to explore the city on foot and feel like a real local. The proximity of the Tagus River, allows long walks along the bank where you can stop for a drink and enjoy the sunset or do sports. Among many of the architectural works in Madragoa / Lapa / Santos, the Palácio dos Duques de Aveiro stands out, the Casa dos Marqueses de Abrantes and the oldest and most modest of Lisbon's chapels, that of the Martyrs. Also there is the Embassy of France, where Gil Vicente (after the Castle of São Jorge), started the Portuguese theater. You will also find dozens of restaurants, from the most typical Portuguese to the most sophisticated, all within walking distance, as well as cafes and also close to the nightlife area of Santos bars. All this within minutes on foot! There are a number of buses that pass by the apartment and will connect you anywhere in the city. The famous tram to visit Belém is also very close. The nearest metro station is Cais do Sodré and is 600 meters away.
