Just a wonderful experience. The grounds are lovely and tranquil, and the pool is perfect for lounging after a day of touring Sintra. Breakfast is delicious and was served under a tree filled with flowers. The owners are super nice as well. I want go back.

Would totally recommend staying here if in the Sintra area. The beds were comfy, very clean, the grounds were beatiful(wish the weather would have been more cooperative to enjoy them). Marcelo is a great host! So friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay across the valley from Sintra. You can sit at night by the pool and see the Pena Palace and Moorish Castle lit up at night.

Absolutely wonderful stay- the room was perfect also the pool and gardens and we were looked after so kindly and beautfully. This beautiful property & it’s friendly, helpful owners were definitely a highlight of our Portugal trip - wish we could have stayed longer. Owners Andre and Tina gave us valuable information about how to navigate Sintra’s historical sites; everything from timing our trip to the Pena Palace to where to find free parking in Sintra. We had a delicious, reasonably priced supper at one of the restaurants they recommended. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quinta Verde Sintra.
