Beautiful apartment in a fun area of Lisbon. The interior of the apartment was very nice, clean, bright and comfortable. The only challenge was the key to the exterior building is hard to use, we really had to wiggle it.

The address we received upon nearing check-in is wrong, the only way we knew the correct door is based on the pre-check in photos. It is listed as having air-conditioning, but does not. We also could not get into the door using the keys on the lockbox, someone from upstairs had to buzz us in after they heard us struggling to open the door.The Wi-Fi listed on the check-in process is incorrect, we had to find it behind the router. The host also took hours to respond.The TVs in each bedroom had no service to the TV stations.
