The address we received upon nearing check-in is wrong, the only way we knew the correct door is based on the pre-check in photos. It is listed as having air-conditioning, but does not. We also could not get into the door using the keys on the lockbox, someone from upstairs had to buzz us in after they heard us struggling to open the door.The Wi-Fi listed on the check-in process is incorrect, we had to find it behind the router. The host also took hours to respond.The TVs in each bedroom had no service to the TV stations.

Nos gustó: el apartamento estaba muy limpio y era fiel a las imágenes del anuncio.Muy buena ubicación. No nos gustó: No pudimos entrar al apartamento hasta las 16.35 h porque estaban limpiando .Veniamos de un viaje de 8 horas en coche agotados. Es importante saber que una de las habitaciones da a la calle y al ser un semisótano oyes continuamente,incluso por la noche,mucho ruido de coches y al no haber persiana entra toda la luz.Esto nos amargó bastante la estancia porque nos fue imposible descansar en esa habitación.La otra habitación sin problema. El anuncio dice que hay aparcamiento pero no es cierto,tienes parkings de pago cercanos.

Beautiful apartment in a fun area of Lisbon. The interior of the apartment was very nice, clean, bright and comfortable. The only challenge was the key to the exterior building is hard to use, we really had to wiggle it.
