We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We loved the location. It is close to the tram station, Casino and great restaurants. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Wonderful place for especially for familes. We are a family of 6 (4 kids) and we always have to book 2 rooms but in this Hotel we had an apartment. It was spacious and perfect. The staff is amazingly curtious, always willing to help and pleasant. The pool area is beautiful with a bar and tennis courts just 4 steps away. They have a lot for kids to do as well. It's like a hidden gem.

This is a charming, light- filled, calm and friendly hotel. The staff are very helpful, a special thank you to Adriana at breakfast who was always so warm and kind. Breakfast is so beautifully presented and generous. Adriana even let our children help her to feed the pet turtles! The housekeeping staff are incredible! Our whole apartment was made immaculate every day. The gardens and pool are quiet and relaxing. The decor is tired and needs a revamp / re paint in some areas of the bedrooms but our bed was so comfy and the shower was great. We loved this place.

Great hotel apartment for family

The staff was great, our rooms was perfect for 5 people, 2 levels, kitchen, couple of balconies, 2 bedrooms, living area, 3 baths. Location good, plenty of on street parking nearby. great breakfast!

The facilities and accommodation were excellent but above all, the staff in all areas were friendly and couldn’t do more to assist when needed. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for its location, staff and facilities for anyone visiting the Lisbon area of Portugal.

Great hotel in Estoril! Wonderful location in a quiet leafy area, friendly and helpful front desk staff, spacious room, clean, very good breakfast and a gym. The gym is small and in parts a bit dated but it works. I can really recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, spacious studio and extremely helpful staff. Fresh healthy variety for breakfast. Lovely pool! Extremely clean throughout. Ideal location to walk around and if fit 25 mins into centre of cascais. Safe, quiet and homely!

We first booked this hotel for 2 nights before we headed to Lisbon, but we fell in love with Cascais and decided to book another 3 nights at this place. Yes, the decor is not updated and the bedrooms doors need updating as you cannot close them without slamming but everything else was excellent! The rooms were spotless clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was great with a small variety of cold and hot meals. The swimming pool was great, and we enjoyed our swim after a day in town. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach or to the train stations to Lisbon or Cascais. It is a quite neighbourhood, but with some restaurants options close by. We really enjoyed Lucia’s Cafe for brunch. The kitchen was simple and had everything that we needed. They also sell frozen lasagna, pizzas in the hotel 24hrs if you fancy a late night meal, but we have not tried them. We highly recommend this place if you can pass the decor, hopefully they have plans to make the rooms pleasant as it is in the common areas.

20 mins nice coastal walk to centre of Cascais. 10 mins walk to Tamariz beach which is nicer than the beaches in Cascais as quieter, with facilities and restaurant. Hotel is lovely, pool is quiet and peaceful. Hotel reception and staff are very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and there's a sushi bar for lunch and dinner.

We had a marvelous time in Cascais visiting old friends who came from Lebanon. The staff at the front desk were so kind and friendly and helpful, and the food in the Japanese restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Cascais, Portugal

Ideally quiet spot

Lovely quiet spot, have stayed here many times and love it, pool area can be full from early so I don't bother waiting around for a spot and walk 10 mins to the beach which is beautiful and you can actually find a spot that's really quiet. Will be back again next year

Calm location in a posh neighborhood. Parking was not difficult to find in the streets around the hotel, but it depends on the time of arrival. Breakfast was excellent with many options. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked nice. Walking distance from the sea, although the way back is all uphill. The room was very large but a bit “empty”. An additional cupboard or wardrobe would fit nicely. Or a proper desk to work with the laptop etc. The bathroom has a bidet which I appreciated. It would need a bit of refurbishing though as the equipment looked old and wobbly (e.g. the faucet) Overall a good experience and a very nice location being close to Sintra.

The hotel was on a quiet street, however, just a short walk to the boardwalk. Parking on the street was easy. The kids loved the pool area. The room was huge. My only recommendation would be to better stock the kitchens. They were very basic. I would stay here again if in the area and would recommend it, especially for families.

Mixed experience

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. We booked this hotel because of its high rating and 4-star status. However, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area with not much happening in the hotel or its immediate surroundings; there are only a few restaurants and no bars nearby. The first apartment we were given, a pool-view apartment, was like a time capsule from the 80s and was in poor condition. The table and two chairs were falling apart, the balcony only had plastic chairs, and there was no sofa or comfortable chair inside. The bed was hard and had only one bedside table. After we complained, the lovely staff moved us to a much better room that included a sofa. While this room was a significant improvement, its decor was also quite dated. The staff in this hotel is very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness is great. The included breakfast was okay. To be clear, this hotel really needs a renovation. I would recommend this hotel for families with children looking for a quiet place to stay, but not for people who want a more lively atmosphere. On the plus side, it is very cheap to get a Bolt or Uber to the center of Cascais. Hope this is helpful.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Estoril and Monte Estoril train stations, making it easy to travel to Lisbon or Cascais. The beach is very close, and you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the boardwalk into Cascais. Every hotel staff we interacted with was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and enjoyed it every morning.
