Your private kitchen is fully equipped and integrated in an open space with the living room, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, hand blender, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The accommodation includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with access to various apps, and dedicated workspaces with desks in each bedroom. Other amenities include a fan, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, towel heater, universal power adapter, dehumidifier/air purifier, and a portable Wi-Fi hotspot for use on outings.  
  
Outside, enjoy the private balcony and the charming terrace, where you can relax at the table to the sound of the waterfall, creating a peaceful atmosphere ideal for outdoor meals. Shared parking is available on the property and in the garage. Airport transfer service and bicycles are available upon request and for an extra fee.
