"I really liked my room: clean, modern and functional. The QRCode based room service was a big 1/5 stars for me. Menu item availability wasnt current and it took 40 minutes to sort this out with a chat bot firstly, no promised human (waited 20 minutes) a guy on the phone who wasn’t on the site and who suggested I go downstairs with my query (! Room service man!) a chat with reception, another chat with reception…..I did eventually get my dinner delivered to my room. It was nice."
