Top Liphook Hotel Reviews

Bear Hotel Havant by Greene King Inns
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly helpful staff, shops and cafes nearby."

Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Welcoming staff, room of a high standard and spa facilities very good. Excellent value stay, this was my second visit and I will come again. "

Village Hotel Farnborough
10/10 Excellent
"clean room"

The Langstone Quays
8/10 Good
"The room we stayed in was very close to the reception. We could hear people talking loudly which disturbed our sleep in more than one occasion.A sound proof door should be there between reception and the ground rooms to minimise or eliminate the sound. We also found dump in the bedroom walls, towards the main window and the bed sheets had holes on it."

Meon Valley Hotel, Spa & Golf
8/10 Good
"Pleasant enough stay. Room was well sized worh a window that opened. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Car parking is free which is rare for hotels in the area. Its also in a rural area so quiet which was perfect.
Tea and coffe is a kettle, no coffee machine but this is stated on the he hotel details.
There's no daily room servicing so you have to ask if you need anything e.g toilet paper, tea/coffee, towels.
The gym facilities were good although you have to pay to use it.
A couple of tweaks and this could be a cracking hotel."

Village Hotel Portsmouth
6/10 Okay
"The hotel was noisy from 08:00 on Saturday morning with what I can only assume was a spin class being taken by someone using a mega-phone..."

Harbour Hotel Guildford
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel with spa facilities, close to historic centre of Guildford and also close for a run/hike on the north downs way. "

Red Lion Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I had a lovely stay at the Red Lion. My travel plans got changed, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and immediately put me at ease - couldn't do enough for me which is always appreciated.
The rooms themselves are very cozy and comfortable - I particularly liked the abundance of bird paintings and prints as decor, they were genuinely nice surprise.
The shower was a particular highlight, two different showerheads, great water pressure and some lovely complimentary shower gel and conditioner.
As I was staying over a weekend, the hotel staff took the courtesy of warning about potential noise from the nearby high street, however this was a non-issue during my stay - once the window was shut, I put my head down to sleep with no issues whatsoever.
I would quite gladly stay at the Red Lion again next time I'm in Basingstoke, the place has a real charm and character to it and the service was genuinely excellent."

Village Hotel Basingstoke
4/10 Poor
"Always had good stay with village before but this time there was problem at check in as I booked through Expedia. Paid through Expedia, and only had to pay for late check out at hotel but they tried to take full stay and the extra payment. They kept saying there was issue as there was insufficient fund in my card but I had already paid for stay. They blamed Expedia for this. Already a bad start to the stay. The rooms itself are good then when it came to the next day, even though we paid for late checkout cleaning staff opened the door while we were sleeping at 11. No knock prior. Overall bad experience this time. "
