"I loved my stay at Waves. The experience starts with a welcome cocktail while they get you checked in. I found the staff to be welcoming and extremely helpful giving me recommendations for activities and information on getting around the island. As a solo traveler they also made me feel safe. The cocktails and food were also pretty good for all inclusive. The view of the ocean is to die for from the dining area. My only complaint is the mattress being firm. All in all I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your Barbados stay."

"Everything about sugar bay was amazing from the staff to the food to the amenities absolutely spectacular! Not your typical all inclusive buffet, food was very good and not to mention the exceptional steak house and sushi restaurant on site. You cannot go wrong with staying here! "I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. Kitchen had everything to make a nice meal. Really great place. Great value for money too. Thank you Greg and Pat."

"On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. On the not-so-positive side, the furnishings are "tired" and could really use an update, the bathroom had no shower gel and the hand soap was not the best to use for bathing, the shower had no place to put your own items, the bath towels were dingy and rather worn, our passports in the room safe actually warped from the humidity in the room despite the air conditioning, and the two restaurants on the property were horrible with very small menu choices and not very good food. The Lighthouse Terrace was especially bad, the service was so slow it was unbelievable. It was not what we expected from a Hilton which is too bad because there is so much potential in such a beautiful setting."

Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! "My stay in Barbados was exactly what I was looking for. It was affordable, conveniently located near great food spots and shops, and just a short distance from the beach—which made everything super easy and enjoyable. The place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, and the AC and smart TV were great amenities that made it even more relaxing after a long day out. The location really made a difference—being able to walk to nearby restaurants and stores while also having quick access to the beach was perfect.
