The hotel and rooms were not as clean as on my first visit. To be positive, the hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly. The food in the exeutive lounge is great and caters for a wide variety of guests.

MG Hotel - St. Michael's Cathedral, Qingdao
Staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet selects are good. Location is good for tourists. Room is clean and quiet but small bath area, no enjoyable window views.

Sheraton Qingdao West Coast
The clean room and pleasant environment were so good. However, it is quite sad that the staff at the front desk is too little knowledge and the English level to deal with foreigners is not able to communicate. I also doubt what kind of training they have been given to explain to customers. Anyway, ...
