Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful - there was an issue with the breakfast the first morning, which they sorted in no time. Attentive, asking my daughter about her adventures and generally nice and very welcoming! The hotel room was big enough for my daughter to be able to do cartwheels in the living room, bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable, walk-in shower very pleasant and there was a fancy no-touch light on the mirror with different functions. I was looking for a practical hotel to stay both for work as well to start cycling along the Rhine; Hotel Montfoort is picturesquely located in the historical Montfoort village, on walking distance of the beautiful castle. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation supplies everything you need for a pleasant stay and a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended.
