Apartment in a 2-family house, very central and quiet, the house is located in the second row adjacent to nature in the middle of the city center. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 3.5 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 conservatory) with a total of about 90sqm, suitable for 2-6 people. The apartment is fully equipped and renovated in 2018 core and renovated. A heated conservatory with views of the greenery and a private terrace with barbecue facilities in the garden are also included. Lake Constance can be reached in a few minutes on foot (about 5 minutes). Central shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, because the apartment is located in the heart of Lindau (district Reutin). The island is also very easy to reach on foot (about 10 minutes) by car of course faster, on the island is currently also the station. The planning for the new station is running, distance about 1 km. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms each with 2 sleeping places (1x double bed 1,80x2,00 m and 2x single bed 1,00x2,00m). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed and offers another 2 sleeps (about 1.40x2, 00m). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove and much more ...........(all things new!!) Seating in the kitchen 4-5. In the conservatory there are more seating for 6 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a hair dryer. The shower has a massage panel. Parking for a car directly at the house available, for other vehicles there is parking on the street front (distance about 50m). A washing machine is also available in the basement. Other leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (beach, mini golf, coffee's, shopping center). For the winter tourists, ski resorts can be reached from about 45 minutes driving time, depending on where you want to go. There is also a great view of the mountains. In the garden there are barbecue facilities in the summer and a fire pit for a campfire. For children there is a large trampoline in the garden which can be shared.

Excellent accomodation in Lindau.

We enjoyed staying in this holiday flat. It was clean & simply furnished, whilst at the same time being comfortable and meeting all our needs. There was a bakery and supermarket within easy walking distance and a delightful pizzeria, which we visited twice during our stay ! We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would definately visit again, should the chance arise.

Eine wirklich nette liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Sehr gut funktionierende Heizung .Eierbecher wären evtl. noch gut und vll. Reserveklopapier, ansonsten alles perfekt!!!!!

Kein Bergblick und Seenähe so wie angegeben

Wohnung in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand- teilweise schmuddelig. Schränke mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern voll gestopft. Wenig Platz für eigene Kleidung. Garten nicht nutzbar, da verkrautet. Parkplatz nur sehr eingeschränkt geeignet. Gastgeberin unfreundlich. Geschirr und Gläser zu Teil angeschlagen, Kein Eingangslicht, Sturzgefahr bei Dunkelheit. Betreuung durch Agentur mangelhaft, da nach 14 Tagen noch keine Reaktion auf unsere Beschwerde. Wohnung ist für den angegebenen Preis überteuert!

Urlaubsreise

Unser Aufenthalt war schön dort,vielleicht sollte man den Gläser und Tassenbestand von Zeit zu Zeit überprüfen. Auch wären zwei Nachttische mit Lampen im DZ schön gewesen, sowie Steckdosen zu den Nachttischlampen. Außerdem eine Tür im Wohnzimmer,welches als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden soll wäre sinnvoll. Was wir hingegen gut fanden, ist das der Kontakt sehr nett war und sich bei Problemen mit dem WLAN direkt gekümmert wurde.Ebenfalls ist die Wohnung mit Garten für Hunde sehr gut geeignet, da dieser sehr viel Platz bietet. Außerdem hat uns gut gefallen das im Garten viele Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren.

Great location and modern simple property

The property was clean albeit a strange smell in the kitchen. The previous people had left onions in the cupboard and in the heat added to the strange smell that lingered for the full time. I did message the owner about this. I went and bought an air freshener. As she was not there to greet us, I don’t think this was checked. The location of the property is excellent and we loved Lindau and the walk to the island. All amenities are near by. There is a real country view from the garden and it is not long to walk to the lake. However, a little more care from the owner might have meant we didn’t walk for miles to find our way. The info in the hall was mostly in German only. So catering for other nationalities would be again a more welcoming thing to do. The place does not have WiFi and has poor internet connection. There clearly is a connection there but I messaged the owner and had no reply about this. Also with no air conditioning the temperatures reached 30+ some days. A fan might have at least helped. The owner was away so didn’t greet us and said she would see us later in the stay but did not. It would have been nice to have felt like it was someone’s home. The furnishings were quite cheap though clean. The pillows were uncomfortable and there is only a travel kettle for a flat that sleeps 6 people so you are filling it up frequently. The laminate that has been laid was a tripping hazard for grandma who was sleeping in the living room on a sofa bed. It was buckled and lifting. This could be an excellent place with some tweaks and a bit of love for the property and friendliness from the owner.

Lindau, FeWo in Reutin

Die FeWo liegt wirklich gut. Zum See selber sind es nur ein paar Minuten und als Basis für Ausflugsziele ist sie absolut geeignet. Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Was ein wenig fehlt, sind Kleinigkeiten. Zum Beispiel könnte das Bad ein paar Haken für Handtücher vertragen. Dafür gibt es Handtücher und Bettwäsche in großer Anzahl. Das Mobiliar ist zum größten Teil neu aber auch einfach. Das ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es wäre toll gewesen, bei der Auswahl der Betten/Matratzen eine komfortablere Variante zu wählen. Für unseren Geschmack war die Bettenlandschaft zu hart. Aber - das ist ein subjektives Empfinden. Wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) fühlten uns alles in allem wohl und die Wohnung wurde tatsächlich mehr als „Basis-Camp“ denn als Aufenthaltsort genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausherrin lief ausschließlich über Smartphone. Für mich passt das, schließlich wurden unsere Fragen beantwortet und die Erreichbarkeit war vorhanden. Abschließend mein Fazit: Wohnung ok, als Basis top, Lage super;

Wir sind schon nach einer Nacht enttäuscht wieder abgereist

Wir hatten zwei Wochen Urlaub am Bodensee langfristig geplant und fest gebucht. Leider hat schon im Vorfeld die Kommunikation nicht geklappt. Zunächst teilte uns die Vermieterin mit, dass die Ferienwohnung nicht mehr im Portal verfügbar sei. Nach vielen Versuchen der Kontaktaufnahme zur Vermieterin kam dieser erst eine Woche vor dem geplanten Urlaub zustande. In Lindau angereist, fanden wir eine sehr spartanisch ausgestattete und überhitzte Ferienwohnungen, deren baulicher Zustand schlechter als ein Plattenbau aus dem 70iger Jahren war vor. Das Treppen – Podest vor dem Haus war baufällig und gefährlich. Uns haben vertrocknete Blumen vor dem Haus empfangen. Die Dielung gab bei jedem Schritt nach und der PVC-Fußbodenbelag war gewellt. Es roch unangenehm. Für sechs erwachsene Personen ist die Wohnung leider viel zu klein. Die Klappcouch war so schmal, dass dort auf keinen Fall zwei Personen übernachten können. Der Garten darf nur nach ausdrücklicher Nachfrage mitgenutzt werden. Wir waren entsprechend der Fotos von einer uneingeschränkten Benutzung des Gartens ausgegangen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass für die Bewohner der Ferienwohnung eine kleine Ecke hinter dem Haus mit zwei alten Stühlen vorgesehen war. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin nicht begrüßt, obwohl sie am Abend zu Hause war. WLAN stand nicht zur Verfügung und die Waschmaschine steht in den Privaträumen der Vermieterin und war für die Urlauber nicht frei zugänglich. Schade war es, dass auch nach unserer Anreise keinerlei Gastfreundschaft zu spüren war. Selbst auf unsere enttäuschte Nachricht, dass wir nun abreisen, haben wir bis heute keinerlei Reaktion der Vermieterin erhalten.
