Holiday Apartment 'Stadt & See' – Arrive, Relax and Enjoy

This modern 86 m² apartment, built in 2019, has been lovingly furnished to create a cozy, high-quality holiday home. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with a Raindance shower ensure comfort. A comfortable double bed and a new, very cozy sofa bed offer restful sleeping options. Bright rooms create a pleasant atmosphere, and the large, sunny rooftop terrace is a true highlight.



You can conveniently park your car in the underground garage, and the elevator takes you directly to the apartment. Thanks to the central location, shops, bakeries, and the bus station are just a short walk away.



The visitor’s tax is a mandatory fee charged by the city of Lindau and is not included in the accommodation price. After paying the visitor’s tax, you will receive a guest card that allows you to use public transport free of charge and benefit from attractive discounts around Lake Constance—a real bonus for your stay.

Eine sehr schöne und große Wohnung.

Pros: Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch der umlaufende Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist optimal, da in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Edekamarkt, zwei Bäckereien und auch zwei Metzgereien vorhanden sind. Ein Biomarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Top appartement, compleet, schoon, met veel extra kleine details

Pros: Het appartement was echt top, mooi ingericht en schoon. Maar ook kleine details die het verschil maken. ( nieuwe tandenborstels in de verpakking, 3 soorten koffie. Thee, etc). Super groot balkon, met eethoek en lig stoelen. Garage voor de auto, schuurtje voor de fietsen. Voor boodschappen, even de hoek om, en je staat in de supermarkt. Cons: Dat we weer weg moesten.

Helle moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Pros: Sehr helle freundliche Fewo in guter Lage mit Aufzug von der Tiefgarage an die Wohnung. Grosser Balkon um die Wohnung herum. Es fehlte an nichts! Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Pros: Wunderbar große und helle Wohnung mit großem Sonnenbalkon in guter, ruhiger Lage. Cons: Gefallen hat alles. Ein wenig mehr an Küchenutensilien könnten nicht schaden

Pros: Einfach toll! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet – jedes Detail stimmt einfach! Sie ist nicht nur stilvoll und gemütlich, sondern auch blitzsauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist besonders hervorzuheben - sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr herzlich- vielen Dank für die Tipps und rasche Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Vielen Dank, wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Wir kommen wieder! Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns begeistert! Sauber, neuwertig, modern und doch gemütlich – und das mitten in Lindau. Man ist sofort im Herzen der Stadt und doch überrascht die Ruhe, die hier herrscht. Unser Highlight? Die sonnige Dachterrasse! Hier den Morgenkaffee genießen oder den Tag ausklingen lassen herrlich. Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, die Komfort, Lage und Charme vereint, wird hier fündig. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
