Die Wohnung ist bis auf das Bad groß und schön eingerichtet. Abzug bei der Ausstattung gibt es für den Kühlschrank, da er kein Eisfach hat. Küklakkus kann man also nicht nutzen. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist der eigene Parkplatz.
