    Notes:

    The suite is located on the second floor, up one flight of outdoor stairs (no elevator).

    We’re located on Route 1, so light sleepers may hear traffic noise. Running the AC, watching TV, or using the sound machine can help minimize it.

The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked and if you forgot anything it was already there for you. It was very nice and comfortable for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our time very much. It was close to Camden and Belfast - both towns were lovely to visit for shopping and enjoying a meal at one of the restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was well planned and super clean, a very comfortable bed, great kitchen, and had everything we would need to have a great get-away! We've stayed at many VRBO's and this was by far the best with accommodating their guests! We will be back!

Perfect location, no detail missed

This was the perfect location for my partner and I to explore the area. Every detail was thought of from beach towels, extra toiletries and local pamphlets. Good restaurants in walking distance. We would love to come back and will recommend Suites by the Sea to friends and family.

Perfect spot!

We loved the location since it was on the part of the coast we love but not in an overcrowded place. The set up of the studio was perfect too for myself and husband. Very easy to contact the property manager and other staff who were all friendly and helpful.

Such a Cool Place to Stay

Loved this place. A cool upstairs apartment with a balcony that looks right over Lincolnville beach. Host instructions and posted information was very helpful. Great place to go see the fall foliage and drive up to Mt. Battie. Would recommend.

Maine vacation

My husband and I had a great time staying at Suites by the Sea! It was our first trip to Maine! The beach, shops and condo was very relaxing and a cozy atmosphere. Work Therapy

I had to travel for work and at the end of hours of driving, this was a little slice of heaven. The peaceful sounds and views of the ocean did the trick. I enjoyed the local eateries and shops within walking distance. Being right on Rte 1 is a blessing and a curse, convenient but a bit dangerous/loud sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.

A Little of Lincolnville

The property was as described: clean, convenient, and fully functional. It was perfect for a couple. As mentioned in the listing, there is an abundance of loud traffic on Route 1. We're sound sleepers, so it was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and are likely to consider the property again in the future.

Perfect in Every Way!

My 1st return to Lincolnville in over 45 years. Wanted to share the beauty with my husband, on the beach I played on as a child. Accommodations were clean & exceptional. Owner provides everything you need plus thoughtful touches. The view of the sunrise every morning from our balcony was so memorable. Having access to a washer/dryer was a huge bonus. There is noise from the highway, but it didn’t affect us. We enjoyed the quiet (not touristy) feel of the town. Highly recommend this “as advertised” property.

Very clean with more amenities than expected related to toiletry items, including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bath salts are an awesome touch. Love the balcony and beach / bay view. Only negative was the wall AC did not blow cold air, so it was a little warm for us sleeping. We did find the floor fan which helped. Also traffic can be loud through the night; however, everything else far outweighs those minor issues. Advice for wine drinkers, bring a wine bottle opener. All in all we enjoyed our two night stay at Suites By The Sea and fully recommend for those visiting the Camden / Lincolnville Beach area. The host was also extremely patient and helpful at check in. We were a little confused because i missed the email she sent 5 days prior to help us prepared.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exceptionally clean, and the owners truly thought of every detail. They even left a cooler bag as a welcome gift. The unit was stocked with toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, hairspray, sunscreen, and Epsom salt for the tub. They also provided beach chairs, towels, and many other thoughtful amenities. The room itself is small, but it is very well organized and includes everything you could possibly need. The balcony is also on the smaller side, and the air conditioner extends into the balcony area, which generates some heat when you're sitting outside. One unique feature was the foam window inserts provided to block out light, which worked very well. There are only a couple of areas that could use improvement. The couch could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it appears to be older and has some noticeable stains. Additionally, the exterior of the building is somewhat run-down. Other than those minor issues, everything was excellent. There is a hose outside to rinse sand off your feet, as well as a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway. Although the property is situated on a busy street, the traffic noise was surprisingly minimal. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view. The beach is directly across the street, and there is a restaurant within walking distance, along with a sandwich shop right next door. It was a wonderful experience We would definitely return!

Anniversary Trip

We loved the apartment! The location was great. We were disappointed that the restaurant on the beach was closed, but that was not the fault of Suites by the Sea. We found plenty of other restaurants close by to enjoy.
