This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is perfectly located just steps from the Clubhouse pools, tennis courts, and shuttle (or 5 min walk) to Loon Mountain - no drives or parking in overflow lots needed.  
  
Ideal for large families or groups, the property is essentially two homes in one - featuring two living rooms, two full kitchens, and two washer/dryer units for maximum comfort and privacy. Gather together for meals or spread out when everyone needs their own space.  
  
The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, with 2 bunk beds, 2 full beds, 2 queen beds, and a futon. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials, including hair dryers and fresh towels. Central AC and heating keep the space cozy year-round, whether you’re relaxing after a day on the slopes or cooling off after a summer hike.  
  
Guests also enjoy free access to the Clubhouse pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and game room all right next door.
