Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue. \## Neighborhood Cette maison vous permettra de passer un séjour loin du bruit tout en étant proche des commodités, nous sommes à 4 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Cora et Conforma et à 8 minutes de Family village qui est une zone commerciale où vous pourrez notamment retrouver Grand frais, Intersport, Alinéa, Boulanger, BUT, Cultura, Darty, Jour de Fête, Leroy Merlin… Proche également de Esther Technopole et de l’école d’ingénieur ENSIL ENSCI, que vous veniez pour le travail ou pour les études cette maison est proche de tout. Si vous venez pour passer des vacances ou un week-end, tout est réuni pour que vous ne vous ennuyiez pas : le Zénith de Limoges, l’Aquapolis (centre aquatique) et le cinéma grand écran se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture de la maison, et vous disposerez également du parc de Laurence (22 hectares) qui se trouve à 7 minutes en voiture, où vous pourrez vous balader et croiser des cygnes, canards, oies… ou emmener les plus jeunes aux aires de jeux. \## Transit Concernant le centre-ville de Limoges, vous n’êtes qu’à 10 minutes en voiture de l’hyper-centre ! Si vous souhaitez prendre le bus, il faudra marcher jusqu’à l’arrêt Beaubreuil C.
