"The hotel is lovely--a beautiful propertywith modern, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and well-equipped bathrooms with wonderful, large showers! The staff--especially Athena--were extremely helpful and eager to please. "There needs to be a rating above excellent as this resort was world class. From the food, rooms to the hospitality everything was top rate. The resort is beautiful and relaxing. I love being surrounded by nature in a beautiful setting. The daily breakfast spread was one of the best I ever had. Already planning my next trip back! "

"The bar area of the hotel is really nice and the pool area and it’s on a beautiful beach. The breakfast was excellent and the food we ordered at lunch. The rooms were really nice and big. The Bathroom could be slightly more modern compared to the rooms but it was clean and fine. Would definitely go back to this hotel. "

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach toll! Das Resort ist schön eingerichtet, und das Personal an der Bar und am Strand war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstücks- und Abendservice besteht allerdings noch Verbesserungspotenzial – hier wirkte das Team leider etwas lustlos. Die Lage des Resorts ist ebenfalls hervorragend: In nur 8 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Altstadt von Rethymno. Wir würden nochmal herkommen, aber eher nur mit Frühstück buchen. "

Beauty Inside and Out

"Wave Villa - is set in a beautiful location just a few minutes drive from the very sweet village of Panormos with lovely restaurants and stores.There is a local Mini Mart where you can get most supplies for the Villa which is just a 5 minute walk away.The Location of the Villa is so beautiful right by the ocean. The sunsets and sun rises are exquisite. The Villa itself is perfect in every way, from the comfy beds, nice clean bathrooms, beautiful furniture. The out door space is amazing and the pool so beautiful. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you would need to make a great meal. Its so beautiful there you almost don't want to leave.Dimitris the Villa manager is wonderful and so incredibly helpful. He took such good care of us. Especially on the day we arrived as we had some delays and didn't get to the Villa till 8:30pm. He drove me to the grocery store and got us a fabulous table at a restaurant overlooking the ocean, all on our first night. Thank you Dimitris for taking such good care of us. You made our stay above and beyond. we will definitely be back.We met the owners of the Villa on our last day and they are also so lovely and took very good care of us. Thank you so much for everything you did to make are stay a truly memorable one. We are so grateful to you all."

"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"
