Amazing costumer service!
Very nice hotel for out business stay, we got in contact with the hotel before hand to get some help for the Covid tests we needed for our return and they extremely helpful helping us get all of that set up.

Great hotel, located in a really nice part of san isidro. This is my go-to hotel when i go to lima for business. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The franklin restaurant has really great food and the breakfast is lovely!

Location is great, the staff is super friendly and go the extra mile in fulfilling your needs. The hotel has been updated and its premises are quite pleasant. Food is really good except for breakfast.

I liked the location, the hotel’s size, the remodeled dining room, the willingness to serve well by the reception staff. I didn’t like the air conditioning system which was failing continuously, the excessive noice when closing the neighboring rooms’ doors, the slowness of the service provided by the restaurant waiters, the low water pressure in the shower.

Excellent staff and service! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our accommodation comfortable and provided great recommendations for things to do around the area. Hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood and is safe area to walk around at night. Hotel breakfast is good but is the same daily. If staying for multiple days, then you’d probably want to go somewhere else to change it up. Hotel amenities are usual perhaps a bit expensive for what they offer. I’d still probably stay here again given the location and service I received.

The hotel is located in a great area with tons of cute cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy. The attached restaurant and included breakfast were perfect. The bed and sheets were amazing. The room was small but clean. The bathroom needs updating but was clean and had plenty of counter space which I like. The hotel was perfect for us.

Great location need improvement with breakfast!
The rooms are comfortable and the area is superb. You can walk or take a taxi to nearby Miraflores. My main concern was the breakfast. The food could be better but overall was good. However, waiters don’t even get you coffee, you have to get it yourself. You also have to ask for spoons, plates etc because somehow they are looking the other way and not paying attention to what’s missing! Besides that the receptionists and bell boys are great! Will go back and demand they serve coffee to my table.

This hotel was rated much higher and didn’t meet my expectations. The service was great. The room was so-so. The shower had a shower with a small hot stream. Not good water pressure. The fixtures in the room were loose. And the room was a little noisy. If someone opened a door next door it made a loud noise In my room. Overall though it was a nice place. the franklin restaurant downstairs was good. But pricey for Peru prices. Good food though!

Great stay !
Great service, the rooms and the hotel very clean. Hotel is a bit outdated, but that common when traveling abroad. Not all hotels have to look like hotels in the US. The area was great, everything walking distance. Service great, Carlo the front desk agent was amazing, very helpful.

Nice hotel, great location
I have stayed several times at his hotel, mainly due to location and staff (which is super friendly). A couple of years ago they remodeled the rooms, the change of beds is one of the best improvements they have made. Rooms are comfortable, have great wifi connection (very important is you are on work travel). The lobby and the restaurant need to be updated, and they could improve breakfast. Location is great, there're restaurants, shops, pharmacies, banks and a beauty parlour just accross the street, which is a great plus.

Overall a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The room came with a good breakfast. It's in a very upscale part of Lima. Never order a taxi from a hotel desk, and this is true of both places I stayed in Lima. Even when I explicitly asked for a taxi, then order a car service, at three times the price. Walk out front and hail your own cab. They are everywhere in Lima and cheap.

Hotel locates in a safe, quiet and good neighborhood. Staffs are polite and friendly. It offers a welcome drink and apples in lobby. Room is clean, but, it only has 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel in room.

Nice, well-located and great service hotel
I hadn't been in Peru for a while and when I had to made plans to go back my first option was this hotel. The location is great, there are plenty of food options within walking distance, a beauty parlour, banks, pharmacies, etc. I travelled for work and by myself, and you can walk around without problem. Another great thing about this hotel is the service, all the staff is super kind. There's good wifi in the entire hotel. I don't know if it's the case for the entire hotel, but at least my room was remodelled, they changed the bed to a normal height and more comfy bed and they also added a small desk where you can work. The restaurant could use some updating as well, as it remains outdated.

Hoax when offering airport shuttle
I booked this place on my layover in Lima before going to Cusco but when searching I choosed airport shuttle as my requirement since I was just staying over night. I did call the hotel to confirm they have this service and they confirmed they do asking me for my itinerary. However my surprise was when doing the check out, they charge US$30.00 per trip as transportation (a normal taxi charges US$13.00) but what is not right is to offer this service because they have taxis available... based on that everybody has a shuttle: airport shuttle, park shuttle, etc, etc, is just foolish to excuse like that and unacceptable that they lie to you. No supervisor or GM was available when I stayed there with my wife to confirm the FD just limited to say that has an extra charge. TIP: King beds are too big for the room space.

Good Area but never a back up roll of paper in bat
Ok hotel but no attention to detail on cleaning of rooms. Dirty. Also only one roll of toilet paper and never any back up placed. You always have to phone the front desk. Not good to have to always chase the front desk for this. Also no free water. Not even a bottle per person placed in the room. Stayed here about 8 times only due to location but the management and staff of this hotel need to be more responsible.

Good service
Great personal, very clean rooms and fantastic location. I will only add a bigger TV and the rooms should be just a little larger. All the rest was great
