Unfortunately I had very unpleasant experience at this hotel. We have arrived late night; the room, which was given to us had a window shut down with a roller share which did not open, so we felt like we stayed at the basement. In the morning I tried to open it again (to have at least a spot of a day light, but found out the window was facing a wall). Then, the AC was making strange noises all night long. Afterward, the shower head in the shower was so rusty that the water was barely coming out. This is not the end ... when I got out of shower and took towel, I noticed some red dry substances on it - was so disgusting. Next morning we went to have a breakfast (around 9-9:30am), but there was barely any food left. The tray with cheese and ham was completely empty; one of the two heated containers was empty as well. Finally, I went to the reception to share the experience, however instead I was questioned why I did not request to change a room (in the middle of the night when we arrived). Also, I was asked to show a proof that the towels were dirty. As the result, on duty manager waived $20 airport transportation fee which we were supposed to pay. Long story short, perhaps my experience was so badly unique and does not mean other guests will face alike; however, I am not coming back to this hotel for sure. I wish this post arrives to the upper management to reflect on certain aspects of hotel operation and customer experience and, finally, overall value being offered.
