The hotel let us arrive early and work in the business center until our room was ready. It got a bit warm without fans to circulate the air. But the staff was extraordinary. And though the beds are a bit firm, the room was cool, quiet and very comfortable.

Good hotel for the price, the hotel is a bit old but the room was clean, the staff very friendly, the location is great, the breakfast is good, light. I would book it again

Arrival to departure i felt the staff was very helpful. I only stayed one night. But the room was clean, cute and had everything we needed. I would stay here again. The ony thing i did notice but it didn't affect me since i was extremely tired from traveling, they have a bars and club's in the area. We left the hotel at 3:30 am for a flight and lots of people out partying at that time still. Be aware of that if your a light sleeper.

Staff were great and really helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of foods and was well aid out. Plus, the food was tasty. We liked the area as you could walk all over the place and "just be." The hotel was very accommodating and folks went out of their way to help us on our last day in Peru.

I booked a week at the Faraona Hotel in Lima, Peru, and ended up staying for three. The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy reach of offices, museums, by Uber, bus Metropolitano. The breakfast buffet was well-suited to my tastes, as I eat mostly vegetables and fruit. Last but not least, the bedside light was perfect for reading books or tablets without disturbing my wife. However, the Faraona needs to improve its Wi-Fi compatibility with Mozilla VPN. I always use Mozilla VPN when connecting to banks, AI software, and other confidential websites. It works well with my Entel cell phone, but not with the hotel's Wi-Fi.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was fantastic, and it is located in a nice part of town. It additionally has a good central location so you can walk to anywhere you want to go. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff are super helpful, arranging for cars and answering questions. The area was great for walking and we enjoyed walking the costal path. Loved the stained glass ceiling and they had a great looking seating area on the 2nd floor. Breafast was good and who doesn't like watermelon & papaya.

Nice place. Quiet and comfortable, in a great location in Miraflores one block from Kennedy park. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was large and everything worked great. Breakfast was very good.

Our stay was pretty fine but the part of the air conditioning that did not work made our stay a little bit unpleasant. It would be better that the paid breakfast will have vegetables in it. (We had to ask for it specificity)

My husband accidentally got a little blood on a towel when he grabbed it for a nose bleed. He did this till he could get to a tissue. They charged us $10 for the towel. They went right to the room as we checked out to possibly see any thing extra they could charge for. They were very unfriendly as we gathered our small ok breakfast.

A Gem in Miraflores, Lima, Peru
Great older hotel but really good. Reminded us of Casablanca hotel. The staff was excellent - the piano player wonderful, doormen where super helpful and the bartender was GREAT!! He even wrote down the Pisco Sour recipe for me. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Very safe area, centre of town. Lots of restaurants on the street and neighbourhood. Shopping - a little walk to the beach but beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel good price and felt very comfortable for 6 days. Would stay again for sure!
