Great location. very close to main center in Baixa and metro/trams But note that the room is tiny - barely enough room for the bed and the bathroom is extremely small esp the shower (2ftx2ft). Not great if you want spend a lot of time in the room but perfect foe a short stay in the center of the city!

I went to stay there in there, capital of Portugal and good surrounding of plenty shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. Good simple breakfast everyday and room clean everyday. Spotless. The Lift only carry one person at a time and move up and down too slow.

Great location and they have storage for luggage before you check-in. Very helpful and responsive staff. Elevator is very slow and only can fit 1 or at most 2 people. It's very useful for getting luggage to your floor though.

Great little hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Tons of food options around. The staff were great and rooms were clean. My only tiny complaint is my bed sheets had a stain on them, and the AC isn’t the best. It’s split AC but coming back from a hot day I look forward to a cold room and the room is just cool but not cool enough. They provide with with slippers, shower cap and tooth brush and razors! Never seen this before so it was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay there again!

Location is excellent, although it can be noisy at night if you want an early night. Staff are fantastic and we had a lovely breakfast. We stayed for 4 days - 2 at the start of our holiday and 2 at the end. I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great. If you're looking for a place that's right in the middle of everything, it's the perfect spot. The actual room looks nothing like the pictures. We had ants, and very strange water leaks on the floor. It's a zero amenities hotel and very very small rooms. Staff was friendly, nice, etc. Over all If you need a place to just sleep and shower with a great location, than this is the spot for you. If you're looking for basic hotel amenities and comfort.. Not so much.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in Lisbon. The location is 10/10. You are right in the mix of the Lisbon strip! Staff was great, the breakfast every morning was fantastic too. The room we stayed in was very small, but fine for what we needed. Had good A/C as well, cleaning staff always brought fresh towels and cleaned every day. For the price point well worth it!

Stayed for just one night during a layover in Lisbon. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The building is historic and full of character, yet the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was fresh and comfortable, with plenty of hot water, and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer and toothbrush were much appreciated.

Good for the price. HOWEVER, weak wifi, small room (at the lower price) and slow, one person elevator. Fabulous location. Very good breakfast was included. We would use it again for shorter stays. We'd upgrade if staying more than 3 or 4 nights.
