I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Lille. The hotel's location is outstanding, just a short walk from the train stations, shopping center, restaurants, and the beautiful old town, making it perfect for exploring Lille.

The room is clean and tidy. Staff at reception are very helpful. The inclusive breakfast has a wide range of food available, and the sitting area is pleasant and clean. However the lift is a big frustration. Only one is working throughout our stay. It is small and waiting to get in can be quite long. The hygiene just outside the main entrance of the hotel is poor with unpleasant smell. Not sure why it is not cleaned regularly

It really was totally perfect for my needs to combine a city visit with the Paris-Roubaix cycling challenge (12.5km each way on cycle paths to the velodrome, I did the 145km circular route). Large, very clean, very comfortable, newly-refurbished rooms with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Very good breakfast was included with both hot and cold options, plus 2 gluten free breads and a cake. Very helpful and friendly staff on the front desk and at breakfast. I drove from the UK and used the hotel car park which was good, and has a lift straight to the upper floors for the rooms. Great location with a huge shopping centre next door and an easy walk to all the key sights of the citt centre. Nice city to visit, felt very vibrant. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Lille, or doing the Paris-Roubaix again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff were super nice especially Mattis. The only negative point was how they designed the shower glass door. It leaked everywhere and ended up with wet floors

Een zeer fijn hotel met goeie faciliteiten. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren ging vlot in de nabij gelegen garage. Wel jammer dat het geen schone garage was, aangezien je ervoor moet betalen. Ontbijt was prima, klein maar fijn. Na 1 dag wordt de kamer niet al te veel schoon gemaakt, enkel vervanging van de handdoeken en legen van de prullenbakken. Op zich was dat oké. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf en voor herhaling vatbaar want de locatie is super.

Hôtel entièrement rénové idéalement situé à proximité immédiate de la gare et du vieux Lille tout en étant au calme. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et propre. Het hotel is centraal gelegen met een eigen gedeelte in een parkeergarage. Om binnen te komen heb je 2 codes nodig, die je bij de receptie krijgt. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De receptie is heel erg klein waardoor je soms lang moet wachten. Ook het restaurant voor het ontbijt is erg klein, waardoor er opstoppingen ontstaan voor zitplaatsen en buffet. Het personeel werkt keihard, maar kunnen het soms niet bijbenen, omdat veel dingen sneller aangevuld dienen te worden en de keuken te klein is. Zo moest je steeds wachten op borden en bestek, schone tafel en gerechten. De kamer is daarentegen ruim en netjes, vrij nieuw. Dus aan te bevelen.

excellent petit déjeuner, le meilleur que j'ai vu depuis bien longtemps. très complet (fruits, légumes, charcuteries, oeufs, céréales, produits laitiers, viennoiseries...) juste dommage que les oeufs brouillés soient presque froids malgré les plats et le réchauffage. chambres excellement bien équipées. super lit et confort (à l'exception des oreillers, catastrophiques pour moi). calmes et très bien isolées. super propre d'une manière générale
