For shared use: property with lawn and trees. In the house: washing machine (for shared use), bicycle rental. Public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4.7 km. Beach service: From approx. the beginning of May to approx. mid-September, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price.
