Welcome to our two-room flat between the beach and the town centre of Lignano, consisting of a kitchen-diner with a TV and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a bidet, and a toilet, and a large furnished terrace. Ideal for three guests. The building is not equipped with a lift. The residence offers one numbered parking space per booking (5,00×2,50×3,00) and a communal TV aerial. °Floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary).
