This spacious villa is spread over multiple levels and offers a ground floor with a living room including a dining area, a double sofa bed, and ceiling fan, a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a small terrace, a patio with a fireplace, and a large private fenced garden furnished with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom, one bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed, one bathroom with a shower box, one bathroom with hydro-massage shower box, and terraces. In the basement, the villa includes a private garage (190 x 250 x 650 cm) and a washing machine. The accommodation, for six guests, also offers free Wi-Fi, A/C, Satellite TV, a microwave, a free-to-use safe, and independent heating available on request for a fee during the off-season. From 20/09/2025 to 20/05/2026, gas and electricity are paid at check-out based on actual usage: gas 1 Euro per cubic meter, electricity 1 Euro per kWh.
