This elegant vacation rental spans 65 square metres across 2 levels, situated on the 6th floor of the building, and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the two floors to offer both privacy and generous living space. On the upper level, the bright and spacious living and sleeping area is furnished in a modern style and includes 1 double sofa bed, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and additional sleeping arrangements. A dining table is also present in this area, and direct access to a balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into this level and is equipped with 4 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with its own exit to a balcony, as well as an additional room featuring 1 double bed. This floor is served by 2 shower rooms, each complete with a bidet and WC.
