200 mt. from the beach. In quiet verdant location, near the centre, only few steps from the supermarket and in little home with garden and parking, renovated apartment with new furnishing on ground floor. Air condition.
Apartment on 2° and last floor is composed by living room with kitchenette, TV, bathroom, double room and big terrace solarium.
The apartment is located a short distance from the supermarket and the center. The beach is a short distance away and the path is very comfortable. The parking lot is located inside the property and there is a nice garden with trees.
Check-in and key collection takes place at AGENZIA MARINA, Arco del Libeccio n°5 in Lignano Pineta.
Present all documents of the guests who will occupy the apartment (including children)
